To me, UX Design is a problem-solving process that begins with understanding people's needs and frustrations. From there, I design solutions that address those needs. I enjoy empathizing with users because it drives me to take meaningful action, implementing designs that improve their overall experience.

I've had opportunities to gain UX experiences from projects and internships that allowed me to learn and apply UXR, UXD, building design systems, and working with PMs and Developer teams.

After Graduating - I had a gap in relevant employment, during which I met a group of individuals at an AI conference. This sparked my interest in testing my own ideas with the vision of creating a startup and applying my UX skills in a real-world context. Although it didn't work out, it was invaluable experience to present ideas to VCs, gather feedback, and understand the intricacies of building a business model. I learned to adapt my design tools, realizing that it isn't always about doing user interviews with 4-5 users.

Now - I'm a consultant at a firm for Workday deployments. In this role, I bounce between Project Management responsibilities and creating AI solutions.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my cat, my girlfriend, and her dog. I love trying new things together, whether it's checking out new restaurants or going on outdoor adventures. I LOVE snowboarding and also obsessed with investing (I'm not good at it!). My goal is to retire in my 40s and travel around the world to meet different people & experience new cultures.
